Interim Executive Staff Augmentation
Excellence Through Insight provides interim executive level staff augmentation during periods of transition, temporary absence, or when a short-term specific skill set is needed. These services can be project-based or temporarily fulfill a staff need of by providing support for daily operations while a search is underway for a permanent hire. Providing continuity during times of transition and eliminating the urgency associated with a vacant executive position through interim support allows organizations to conduct a thorough search until a qualified candidate can be identified. In the instance where strong internal candidates have been identified, we can provide coaching and training to groom the candidate and ensure that they are adequately prepared to be successful during their first 90 days, which are often the most challenging.
